Tell us what you are deciding.

A short conversation is usually enough to establish whether there is a real question, who should answer it, and what it will take. No obligation on either side.

What happens next

No sales sequence.

The most common reason people hesitate before a form is not knowing what follows it. This is what follows it.

  1. A person reads it

Someone in the relevant practice, not a routing queue. If it is not our area we say so and, where we can, tell you who would be better placed.

  2. One reply, with a view

Not a request to book a call to find out whether we can help. A first reply that already contains something useful.

  3. A conversation, if it is worth having

Thirty minutes with whoever would be accountable for the work. No obligation and no fee.

  4. Scope in writing, or nothing at all

If there is work to do you get a written scope and a fee basis. If there is not, you get told that.

Say the difficult thing earlyA concern raised at the start of an engagement is advice. The same concern raised at the end is an excuse. If we think a structure, a treatment or a plan will not hold, you hear it while it can still be changed.
