The firm
A UAE advisory firm built around accountability.
We are a professional advisory organisation serving businesses operating in, entering or expanding within the UAE. The work spans audit, tax, accounting and advisory, delivered by one team rather than handed between departments.
Purpose
To make the numbers something a business can act on.
Most businesses are not short of financial information. They are short of information that arrives in time, in a form someone can decide on, with reasoning behind it that will still hold in two years.
That gap is where we work. It is why compliance and advisory sit in the same team here, and why every position we take is written down at the time it is taken.
Vision
The advisory firm UAE businesses call before the decision, not after it.
Advisers are usually brought in once a problem has become visible. The more useful position is earlier, when structure, treatment and reporting can still be shaped rather than explained. That is the relationship we build towards.
Values
Four commitments, not four adjectives.
Each of these is something a client can hold us to during an engagement. That is the test we applied when writing them.
Say the difficult thing early
A concern raised at the start of an engagement is advice. The same concern raised at the end is an excuse. If we think a structure, a treatment or a plan will not hold, you hear it while it can still be changed.
Independence is not negotiable
We decline work that would compromise our independence, including preparing and auditing the same accounts. That occasionally costs us a fee and it is not up for discussion.
Document the judgement, not just the outcome
Any position worth taking is worth writing down while the reasoning is fresh. Reconstructed rationale is the weakest form of defence.
Name the person, not the department
Every engagement has an individual accountable for it. You will know who they are before the work starts and they will still be there when it finishes.
Approach
How an engagement actually runs.
The same four stages whether the work is a single question or a multi-year finance function.
Scope in writing
What is being decided, who decides it, what we will deliver and what it will cost. Ambiguity here is where engagements go wrong.
Work with the people who hold the detail
Findings come from the people doing the work, not from a document review at arm's length.
Review before it leaves
Nothing goes to a client, a regulator or a lender without a second qualified reviewer who did not prepare it.
Close with a decision
Every engagement ends in something actionable — a filing made, a position documented, a recommendation with an owner and a date.
Who you'll work with
Partner-led, and named from the start.
You will know who is accountable for the work before it begins, and they will still be there when it ends.

Governance & quality
What stands behind the opinion.
Assurance work is only worth what the process behind it is worth. Ours is documented and reviewable.
- Independent second review
- Every deliverable is reviewed by a qualified person who did not prepare it, before it is issued.
- Conflict and independence checks
- Run before an engagement is accepted, and again where a client's circumstances change materially.
- Documented working papers
- Every conclusion is supported by a file that a reviewer who was not present can follow.
- Client acceptance standards
- We assess whether we can do the work properly before accepting it. Some engagements we decline.
Next step
Meet the person who would run the work.
Not a business development call. A conversation with whoever would actually be accountable for your engagement.
Not ready for a meeting? Ask one specific question instead.
What follows
- A person in the relevant practice reads it, not a routing queue.
- One reply that already contains a view, not a request to book a call.
- A written scope and fee basis, or a straight answer that there is no work to do.
- Sunday – Thursday, 9:00 – 18:00 GST
